How to Build the Perfect Easter Basket
Easter is right around the corner, so we are here to help you build the perfect Easter Basket for any-bunny on your gift list. There are a few staple items that make a great Easter Basket so let's hop to it!
Choose a foundation.
The first step to creating the perfect Easter basket is to pick out a basket or pail to hold all your Easter treats. Once you've made your choice, it's time to lay a foundation for all those sweet treats you'll be adding in. We suggest using Easter grass or a fun alternative like pom poms or bright pieces of fabric.
Add your centerpiece.
At Sugar Plum Chocolates, we believe the centerpiece of any easter basket is the chocolate bunny. Whether you choose milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate, or even a zombie bunny, the chocolate bunny is an Easter basket essential.
The Easter eggs.
What goes best with a chocolate bunny? Easter eggs, of course! Whether you add in our Peanut Butter Easter Eggs, the Gourmet Easter Egg Hunt Set, or you decide to fill some plastic eggs with other small gifts, every Easter basket needs a few Easter eggs.
Finish filling it up.
Once you have added some Easter essentials, it's time to fill any extra space in your basket with some other delicious items. We suggest our Mini Peter Rabbit Chocolate Bunnies, Easter Egg Nonpareil Lollipops, or a bag of Chocolate Covered Popcorn.
Wrap it up.
Now that your Easter basket is filled with all those sweet treats, all you have left to do is to wrap it up, so it's gift giving ready. Grab a roll of cellophane and center your basket on the unrolled cellophane. Once you determine how much cellophane you'll need, cut the cellophane and gather it at the top of your basket. Tie it off with a ribbon or raffia to complete the Easter basket!
