Ground shipping is free on orders totaling $75 or more. Contact us for U.S. territory or international delivery options.

Orders under $75

$10 ground shipping.

Orders totaling less than $75 have a $10 ground shipping charge.

Warm-weather extra

Optional $5 ice pack.

Add warm-weather protection to help reduce heat exposure in transit. An ice pack does not guarantee against melting.

Daily processing cutoff: Orders received after 2 p.m. Eastern Time are processed the following day.
Shipment updates: You’ll receive a shipment confirmation when your order ships, with tracking information within 24–48 hours of shipment.
Delivery timing: Timing depends on the destination and shipping service. A processing cutoff is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes. When you ship to an address different from your billing address, we include your personalized gift message and leave pricing information out of the package. Add your message when placing your order, or contact us if you need help.

Can I request delivery for a particular date?

Please contact our team before ordering to discuss your preferred arrival date. Delivery options and timing need to be confirmed; entering a request does not guarantee arrival on that date.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

We cannot deliver chocolate to PO boxes. If you need delivery to an APO, FPO, or another special address, please contact our team before ordering to confirm available options.

Do you ship to U.S. territories or internationally?

Shipping may be available to U.S. territories and international destinations, depending on the location and order. Call (800) 447-8427 for assistance and confirmation of shipping options and charges.

Does an ice pack guarantee my chocolate won’t melt?

No. Our optional $5 ice pack helps reduce heat exposure, but chocolate can still melt during transit or after delivery. Please check the destination weather and arrange for prompt collection of the package. Heat-damaged products are not eligible for refunds.
