1. What forms of payment do you accept?
A customer may order online or call and use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express Credit Cards. They can also print their order and mail it with a personal check. On the check must be: Name, Address, and Phone Number.
 
2. How safe is the online ordering system?
The site is very safe to order from because all information is sent in an encrypted format called SSL. We will not send any of the information given by a customer to a third party. When entering any sensitive data, make sure your browser has a blue bar at the top of the window or a yellow (unbroken) key in the bottom left of the browser. This indicates you are in a secure connection.
 
3. What is your return policy?
If an item is received and it is broken, or it is the incorrect item ordered, it may be returned for a refund. Send all return items to this address:

4. What are your shipping rates and how do you ship your products out?
We ship all products UPS. We offer Standard Ground, 2-Day Air, and Overnight. Items being shipped to warm climates must be sent Overnight or 2-Day Air.
 
5. I live in a hot climate and I want to order a chocolate product. How do you guarantee it will not melt?
Before a chocolate item is shipped out, we check the weather for the next to days. If the temperature is forecasted to be above 70 degrees, we will send it out in dry ice. This ensures the chocolate will be kept fresh during the transport.
 
6. If I don't see a product online, is it possible for you to get it or create it?
Sugar Plum will try our best to satisfy every customer. We make custom products for every occasion. If you would like something special created, call us at: 1-800-44-SUGAR and talk to a customer service representative and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
 
7. Will you send my name and address to other companies?
No! Sugar Plum will not rent or sell any customer information to third parties.
