Made with cocoa butter instead of cocoa solids, white chocolate is different from other chocolates. For white chocolate, the cocoa butter is mixed with sugar and milk solids.  The unique properties of cocoa butter ensure that white chocolate stays solid at room temperature but melts away in your mouth.  Our White Chocolate Truffles have that same buttery, melt-in-your-mouth quality contained in a sheath of white chocolate covering a creamy white chocolate ganache.
