An Italian play on the English trifle enjoyed by Elizabethan royalty. Tiramisu is a delightful dessert made by dipping lady finger biscotti in coffee and layering them with a whip of egg yolks and Italian dessert cheese, and flavoring it with liquor and cocoa.  We concentrate that elaborate flavor into one mouthful of truffle; coffee, cream, and cocoa in a chocolate shell that we dust with vanilla sugar. Mmm!
