Created in early twentieth century Italy, cappuccino is an exquisite balance of strong, dark coffee topped with a layer of rich, frothy milk. In that same spirit, we have made our cappuccino truffles: dark-roasted coffee with a velvet cream surrounded by our milky white chocolate.
